Good luck!!! You'll have to pass on any pointers you find helpful. I'm nervous to tackle potty training someday!
GOOD LUCK!!! It took Lily about a week to figure it all out. We had to go out and buy more panties. She now has about 22. Give her candy RIGHT after she goes. And once you start, you can't go back. It'll just make it harder when you try again!

I've got lots of advice with this one. It may be different for a girl, though. Email me and I'll give you all the pointers. Too many to list here.
I took the leap about three weeks ago FOR REAL (this time) and the Elmo and Cinderella panties have worked like a charm. Paige calls her #2 "snakes" and thinks it's really cool to put them in the potty. Marshmallows were her initial incentive and they worked well...now she doesn't even need anything! Good Luck...power through the "accidents"!
