So here we are...no baby yet...and 2 days away from our due date.
I'm really sore, completely exhausted, and I just want our baby girl to come...Right Now!
But unfortunately no amount of complaining is going to get her here any faster.
As far as baby goes..she is doing great. As of Wednesday I was 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced. If I go past my due date I have 2 tests scheduled at the hospital just to make sure she is still doing well. My Dr. said he'll induce me on May 3rd if she is still a no show.
So to make myself forget about all my woes of pregnancy I went home from that appointment and started installing new kitchen flooring...no I am not kidding...and let me tell you, the visual of a nine month pregnant woman on her hands and knees installing vinyl flooring is quite hilarious if I do say so myself.
I guess you can say I've taken this whole nesting thing a bit too far...I won't even go into all the other crazy things I have done around the house...
...but dang my kitchen looks good!!

ha ha that is funny. Sounds like me when I was pregnant with Ava. She was a week late though and I was going out of my mind! Nothing ever put me into labor, just made me more sore the next day :( Good luck!
May 3rd is a good day - that's
#2's birthday. But I hope you don't have to wait a whole week. Over due weeks are looooooong weeks.

HOLLY!! I'm so excited for you! For all I know you're in the hospital right now! I hope all's well - it feels great to no longer be pregnant and hey, as long as your ultrasounds were correct, we both have girls! Wish we lived closer so these two could play together. I miss you tons. Post as soon as you have some news - I'll be waiting!
Oh and by the way - installing flooring sounds completely insane to me - you really are trying to help that baby come faster aren't you?
